A commercial shed is a different job to a domestic one. You need clear floor space with no columns in the way, doors big enough to drive plant through, and a building that will pass a commercial certification. That is what this range is for.
We have been supplying large steel buildings since 2001. With 17 manufacturing plants around the country we can put a factory unit, warehouse or wide span industrial shed on your site wherever you are, and price it competitively because it is made close to you.
Every building is site specific engineered and certified to Australian Standards and the National Construction Code. We are ShedSafe accredited, which means the engineering behind your shed has been independently audited, not just signed off in house.
These are the working limits for a standard portal frame kit. If your job sits outside them, ring us. We build to the millimetre and we do custom structural work as well.

Bay size is the part most people get wrong. Work out the widest piece of gear you need to get in and out, add clearance, then set the bay to that. It costs a lot less to get it right on paper than to find out after the slab is poured.
Wide span, high clearance, racking friendly. Industrial roller doors sized for forklift and truck access, and full bay sliding doors where you need the whole end open. Mezzanine framing available if you want to put offices or a second storage level above the floor.
Purpose built factory units for manufacturing, fabrication and light industry. Extra height for gantries and hoists, fire rated walls where the class of building requires them, and insulation to keep the floor workable through summer.
One of our most requested commercial designs. Large roller doors at one end for the work, office space on a mezzanine at the other. You get the workshop and the admin space in one building instead of paying for two.
We have delivered mining and storage sheds to Cloncurry in North West Queensland, remote Western Australia, and out through NSW and Victoria. Kits are pre punched and pre drilled so they can be assembled with a small crew a long way from anywhere, and we can spec heavier corrosion protection for harsh sites.
Lock up storage for stock, plant, fleet or seasonal gear. Multi bay layouts with a mix of enclosed and open bays, or full lock up with individual roller doors per bay if you are leasing the space out.
Not every commercial job needs 18 metres of span. A single bay workshop or trade base at 9m x 12m with a 3m roller door does the work for a lot of small operators, and it will still be engineered and certified to commercial standards.
Every kit is supplied complete. You supply the tools, the labour and the slab.

Wind region. Region A covers most of inland and southern Australia. Region B runs up the east coast strip. Regions C and D are cyclonic and cover North Queensland, the Top End and the northern WA coast. Region B typically adds 5 to 10 per cent to the same building. Cyclonic is priced on request. Importance Level. Most farm and storage buildings sit at Importance Level 1. A building where people work, or where the public go, is usually Level 2, and that lifts the design wind speed and the steel with it. Tell us what the building is for and we will spec it correctly the first time.
Terrain and topography. Standard pricing assumes Terrain Category 2.5 and Topography Factor 1, which is an open block that is not on a ridge or an exposed hilltop. More exposed sites cost more.
Approvals. Commercial sheds almost always need development approval rather than a complying development certificate, and there is usually a change of use assessment on top. We supply the engineered plans, footing details and certification your certifier needs. We can also organise approval and construction across the Gold Coast, Logan, Jimboomba and Brisbane.
